What is covered
- Display, touch, cameras, microphones, speakers, buttons and charging hardware
- Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and cellular hardware faults
- Power-on and internal hardware failures not caused by damage
- Lifetime support for IMEI or carrier-blacklisting issues that were present before sale
What is not covered
- Drops, cracks, bending, liquid damage or misuse
- Unauthorized opening, modification or repair
- Disclosed cosmetic wear and normal battery degradation
- Accounts, passcodes, activation locks, carrier plans or unsupported apps
- Accessories unless specifically listed
Resolution and returns
TecFix may diagnose, repair, replace with a functionally equivalent device, provide store credit, or refund when another remedy is impractical. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days when the device is in the same condition, reset, unlocked and complete. This written warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights.
