TecFix collects the information needed to answer device requests, confirm payments, order and inspect devices, arrange pickup, provide warranty support, prevent misuse, and operate this website.
Information we use
Your name, email, phone number, order selections, notes, payment reference and status, communications, pickup and warranty records, and basic security and website-usage data.
Payments
TecFix records payment status and references. Do not place banking passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive financial information in request notes. In-store card processing is handled by the payment terminal.
Service providers
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that support inventory, supplier ordering, email, hosting, security, and payment operations. TecFix does not sell customer information.
Retention and access
Records are retained for operational, warranty, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal needs. Contact TecFix to ask about access or correction of your personal information, subject to applicable requirements.
